When a USA base customer wants to start a return, please direct them to our returns portal here

Please note, a $8 return fee will be deducted from their refund to help offset shipping and handling costs.

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, items you want to return for a refund or an exchange will be accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery (Worldwide). 

If you have not received your refund after 10 days of returning, please let us know by contacting [email protected].

Items returned outside that period will only be refunded if the return has been authorised by our customer service team.
