UK:

For UK returns, you can book a free collection with Royal Mail: Collection step 1 - Your items - Royal Mail Click & Drop | Send an item - Click. Save. We Collect

International:

For international Returns, we suggest scheduling a collection with DHL. 

You can do this by going to https://locator.dhl.com and schedule a pickup by a DHL courier.
