If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, items you want to return for a refund or an exchange will be accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery (Worldwide).
Items returned outside that period will only be refunded if the return has been authorised by our customer service team.

Enter your six digit order number (including the #) and the email address used to place the order.
Choose which items are to be returned, your reason for returning, and if you would like a refund, store credit, or exchange.
If exchanging items, please select the same item in a different size.
Enter your address and contact information.
Download the label by clicking the small arrow icon.
Once submitted, you will receive an email containing the free return label.
If you are returning items from multiple orders, please make sure each returns form is included in the returning package.
If you have not received these emails from us, please check your junk mail and search "Wax London LTD".
Your refund will be processed as soon as our warehouse has received your return - this can take up to 7 days depending on your bank account.
